TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
We had a truckload of rubbish, building material, old windows, hot water
tank, tiles and so forth which had been left under our house by previous
owners. I had to get rid of it all. I thought this is going to be a nightmare!
I looked up the North Shore Times under classified Advertisements and saw
this small neat advertisement picturing a truck and with the heading 'I
want your rubbish'. Why don't I give this man a try.
I phoned John on 0411 727 285 and was delighted with the response. He asked
some questions about the load and accessibility to the underneath part of
the house. He offered to come, inspect the job, give a quote and begin work
immediately. I was so relieved.
John arrived at the agreed time, it was just before Christmas 2006, and
parked outside our house. I was pleased to see that he came with a whole
range of tools, chainsaw, crowbars, wire cutters, wheelbarrow, and many
other instruments. I asked him, why all the tools?
He said that you had to be prepared for every eventuality. John worked away
methodically and carefully. When I returned about two hours later, the rubbish
had been carefully packed in his truck and covered. I was amazed just how
much rubbish had been under the house. The truck was full. He was just raking
the ground where most of the rubbish had been.
I was delighted. I had dreaded getting rid of the rubbish. John had done
a great job. Everything had been collected. The Underneath of the house
had been left tidy and clean. John's friendly and obliging manner made the
whole job a delight. A very fine person.
I am delighted to recommend him to other people who are facing similar problems.

By the way we successfully sold our house. Downstairs looked great; everyone
was impressed how tidy the house was.
